These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 4rabet platform, including sports betting, casino games, bonuses and PKR payment services. Please read them fully before registering or placing any bets.
Six core principles that govern how 4rabet works for every Pakistani player on the platform.
All players must be at least 18 years old. Account verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Providing false information during registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits and withdrawals on 4rabet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Currency conversion charges from your provider are outside 4rabet's control.
All bonuses and promotions come with wagering requirements and qualifying conditions. Bonus funds must meet the stated turnover requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable PKR balance.
Each person may hold only one active 4rabet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses voided and balances reviewed. Account sharing — allowing others to use your login credentials — is also prohibited.
Any activity that exploits technical errors, uses automated betting software or attempts to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited. 4rabet reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where unfair play is identified.
4rabet may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via account notification.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and 4rabet ("the Platform," "we," "us") regarding your use of the 4rabet website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, the VIP programme and PKR payment processing. These Terms apply to all players accessing 4rabet from Pakistan.
By registering an account on 4rabet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are using the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes, and that you understand that betting and casino games involve real PKR and carry financial risk. 4rabet is an online entertainment platform — it is not a financial institution, and participation does not guarantee any financial return.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between versions in different languages, the English version takes precedence. References to "PKR" mean Pakistani Rupees, the currency used across all 4rabet transactions.
4rabet reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Where changes materially affect existing player accounts, reasonable notice will be provided.
To register on 4rabet, you must be at least 18 years of age. Registration is open to individuals in Pakistan who are legally permitted to participate in online entertainment activities. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and that the personal information you provide is accurate, complete and current.
Each player is permitted to hold a single active 4rabet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using alternative contact details — is a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 4rabet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets and cancel any bonus balances without prior notice.
4rabet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All accounts must be verified before withdrawals can be processed. Verification typically requires proof of identity and may include proof of ownership for the payment method used (for example, confirmation that the JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder). 4rabet may request verification documents at any time, including before a withdrawal is released.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your 4rabet username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 4rabet support immediately. Account sharing — allowing another person to place bets or access the casino using your credentials — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
All personal details provided during registration and throughout account use must be truthful and up to date. 4rabet will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the registered account holder's name. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
4rabet supports the following PKR payment channels for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and standard debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. 4rabet does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside 4rabet's control.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account or wallet belonging to someone other than the registered 4rabet player — are not permitted. 4rabet may hold or return funds received from third-party payment sources pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Before any withdrawal is released, the account must be fully verified under 4rabet's KYC process. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the platform's payment information section. VIP members from Silver tier upward receive priority withdrawal processing. 4rabet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds.
Current minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. 4rabet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. VIP members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits as part of their programme tier benefits.
Withdrawals may be delayed or placed under review if: the account has not completed KYC verification; there is an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements; 4rabet identifies unusual account activity that requires investigation; or the withdrawal request does not match the deposit payment method. Funds associated with bonus balances that have not met wagering conditions are not withdrawable.
All bets are subject to 4rabet's acceptance at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference from the platform. In cases of technical disruption where confirmation is not received, the bet should be treated as unplaced. 4rabet is not responsible for bets that were not successfully confirmed due to connection issues on the player's side.
Odds are displayed in the format available on the platform and may be updated at any time before bet acceptance. In-play betting markets — including those for PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and other cricket events — are live and odds change rapidly. The odds shown at the moment of bet placement are the odds applied to a confirmed bet. 4rabet reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time, including during live events.
A bet may be voided in certain circumstances including: event cancellation; obvious pricing errors where odds were manifestly incorrect; technical errors in market creation; or where the outcome has been determined to involve match manipulation. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the player's account balance. Voiding a bet does not affect any bonus wagering progress accrued from that bet if the voiding is due to a technical error unrelated to the player's actions.
4rabet applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are published in the platform's betting rules section and may vary by sport, event type and market. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be settled at the maximum limit rather than the full calculated return.
Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — are available subject to scheduled fixtures and market availability. In-play cricket betting is available for selected matches. Ball-by-ball markets, player performance bets and match specials are subject to their own specific settlement rules, which are available in the relevant market descriptions on the platform. Weather interruptions and DLS method applications are handled in accordance with the specific rules for each market type.
The following are strictly prohibited on 4rabet: use of automated betting software or bots; placing bets based on inside information relating to match outcomes; coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms or odds errors; and any activity that 4rabet reasonably determines to be exploitative or in bad faith. Where prohibited activity is identified, affected bets will be voided and the account may be suspended or permanently closed.
The 4rabet casino section covers slots, live dealer games (including blackjack, roulette and baccarat), crash games and other formats sourced from third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game itself. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages where applicable are determined by the game provider and are not set by 4rabet.
Live casino games are hosted by professional dealers in real-time. Technical disconnections during a live game hand or round are handled according to the provider's disconnection policy — where a round was in progress and cannot be completed, the stake is typically returned. 4rabet is not responsible for the conduct or availability of games provided by third-party suppliers, though issues can be reported to 4rabet support for escalation.
Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. 4rabet does not influence game outcomes. Any claim of manipulated results should be submitted through the platform's formal dispute process.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by 4rabet are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus conditions below apply. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be claimed by players whose primary intention is systematic bonus extraction.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real PKR balance. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance). Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentages for sports betting versus casino games are stated in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period will be cancelled automatically. The validity period for each promotion is stated in its terms. 4rabet will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
4rabet monitors bonus usage to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; systematically placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; and coordinated claim patterns across related accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 4rabet reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and suspend or close the account.
New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, the bonus amount, wagering requirements and any sport or game restrictions are set out in the welcome offer terms displayed during registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household or IP address.
The 4rabet VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite. Progression through tiers is based on qualifying betting and casino activity over the applicable assessment period. 4rabet reserves the right to determine tier eligibility criteria and to adjust tier thresholds at any time.
VIP benefits include PKR cashback on net losses, elevated withdrawal limits, priority withdrawal processing from Silver tier upward, and dedicated account manager access from Gold tier upward. Cashback credited under the VIP programme is credited as real PKR balance and is not subject to additional wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the VIP terms for that specific reward.
4rabet reserves the right to demote a player's VIP tier if their activity falls below the threshold for the current tier during the review period. Players will be notified of tier reviews in advance. VIP membership does not exempt a player from compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Accounts found in breach of the Terms may be removed from the VIP programme regardless of tier status.
4rabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Pakistani players. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Gaming on 4rabet should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income, a financial strategy or a way to recover previous losses.
4rabet provides voluntary tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including the ability to set personal session budgets, request temporary cooling-off periods and apply for self-exclusion. These tools are available through the responsible gaming section of the platform. Players who feel their gaming is becoming problematic are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than waiting until the situation worsens.
4rabet does not provide professional counselling services. Players who require external support for problem gambling are encouraged to seek independent resources appropriate for their situation. 4rabet's responsible gaming obligations relate to platform-level controls and self-management tools — they do not substitute for professional support where it is needed.

4rabet collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use, including name, contact details, payment information and betting/gaming history. This data is used to operate the account, process PKR transactions, conduct KYC verification, administer the VIP programme and communicate with the player regarding their account.
4rabet does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash and Easypaisa integrations), KYC verification providers and fraud detection services where necessary to operate the platform. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 4rabet support. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal manner. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be cancelled upon voluntary closure. Real PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
4rabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: the player has breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity has been identified; the account has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where 4rabet is required to do so under applicable obligations. In cases of confirmed breach, 4rabet may retain funds determined to be associated with the breach.
Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. 4rabet will attempt to notify the player via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Players can reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any applicable verification requirements.
4rabet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime — particularly during high-traffic events such as PSL finals and major cricket internationals — we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages, maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may occur.
4rabet's liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in their verified account at the time of any claim. 4rabet is not liable for: losses arising from connection failures on the player's side; decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform that was subsequently updated; tax implications of winnings that are the player's own responsibility; or any indirect or consequential losses.
4rabet is not responsible for the content, availability or fairness of third-party game software used in the casino section. Claims related to individual game outcomes should be directed to 4rabet support, who will escalate to the relevant provider where appropriate.
4rabet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated review date. For changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, 4rabet will communicate the update via account notification or the registered email address before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 4rabet platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.1.
